Establish, maintain and continually review our stated policy, objectives and targets. We are on process to get the ISO Certificate, assessment for our credential work. Quality Objects Saraso Contracting LLC establishes its objectives for the year 2014 and takes effect on May’2014. The Management Representative in coordination with respective department heads shall monitor and ensure the proper implementation and achievement of the following objectives at all levels of the organization. . Complete the project as per the customer requirements. . Procure the raw materials on time. . Reduce the accident rate. . Increase the sales target. . Meet the targets within the budget. . Provide required resources.
Health Safety
At Saraso, we believe that the prevention of accidents is both our moral obligation and good business. Our HSE efforts are based on our belief that every working personas entitled to a safe and healthful place to work. The responsibility for the health and safety of our employees goes far beyond simple compliance with regulatory requirements. We recognize that the protection of our employees, property, the public and the environment are essential to the efficient and successful completion of every construction project we undertake. Safety is more than a priority at Pivot, here safety is a value. SARASO has established an award winning Accident Prevention that includes formal safety training, inspections, audits and a formalized system of reporting. We recognized that accident prevention is a line management responsibility. That responsibility is shared at every level of our organization, from the Chief Executive Director all the way through to the laborers on site. We train our managers, supervisor and employees to identify and correct unsafe conditions and more importantly unsafe work practices. Our project management teams administer our Accident Prevention Program at the project sites, with the support of a full-time HSE Manager reporting directly to the senior management. We know that our accident prevention efforts must have the same value as quality, morale, cost, schedule and production. Safety is not something we do in addition to the work. It is how we do the work. At Saraso, we recognize that accidents should be unusual events and that most of them are preventable.

Accidents are fully investigated and the results made available to minimize the likelihood of similar occurrences taking place elsewhere. SCOPE This procedure shall apply to all accidents/incidents occurring anywhere in GEC operations i.e. all projects, divisions and offices. DEFINITIONS The Definition of accident categories can be found in Work Instruction HS WI Accident and Incident Reporting.
