Health Safety Environment (HSE)
At Saraso, safety is not just a priority; it’s a core value ingrained in every aspect of our operations. We believe accident prevention is both a moral obligation and good business practice. Our comprehensive HSE efforts extend beyond regulatory compliance to ensure the well-being of our employees, the public, and the environment. Safety is deeply integrated into our organisational culture, supported by formal safety training, regular inspections, audits, and a robust reporting system.
We empower every member of our team, from executives to labourers, to actively identify and address unsafe conditions and practices. Our project management teams, assisted by dedicated HSE managers, oversee the implementation of our Accident Prevention Program on-site. We recognize that safety is fundamental to project success and must be prioritised alongside quality, schedule, and cost considerations.
At Saraso, we strive to make accidents rare occurrences through proactive measures and a steadfast commitment to safety excellence.
